Jaguar Recognized as 2011 Customer Service Champion

Jaguar North America has been recognized as a J.D. Power 2011 Customer Service Champion, one of only 40 companies to have earned this distinction this year.

 

To qualify for this elite list, companies must not only excel within their own industries, but also must stand out among leading brands in 20 major industries. Among the five key customer touch points measured, including people, presentation, process, product, and price, Jaguar was noted for standing out?
The Jaguar C-X75 received top honors at the 10th annual North American Concept Vehicle of the Year Awards in Detroit, MI, where the supercar was named the Most Significant Concept Vehicle of 2011, in addition to receiving the Concept Car of the Year award.
