Having had Jaguars for 25 years or so, all through Tom Wood, and all with Dan Klingler as my service advisor, I judge everyone else by their level of competence and graciousness, and no one else in the car business even comes close. Steve Kern and Todd Biberdorf and Dan are my "car guys" and I tell my friends.

Dan has always provided me with top notch service. I run a dealership on 96th Street and understand great customer service. I am very pleased with the follow up. Car was dropped off a little after 9am and I was given a call by 10am with an update. Very professional at all times. The car was pulled inside before I arrived so it was already warmed up on a very cold day. Shows initiative.
